Mumbella operates as a B2B baby clothing manufacturer and exporter. All payments are governed by mutually agreed commercial terms.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
Payments may be accepted through:
- International bank transfer / wire transfer (SWIFT)
- Other mutually agreed payment methods (if applicable)
Payment instructions will be shared at the time of quotation or order confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are agreed prior to order confirmation.
- Orders are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed milestones or before shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Currency
- All payments shall be made in United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP), as agreed during order confirmation.
- Any bank charges, intermediary fees, or currency conversion costs shall be borne by the buyer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
5. Taxes & Duties
- Prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies unless stated otherwise.
- International buyers are responsible for import duties, customs charges, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
6. Late Payments
- Delays in payment may result in shipment delays, order suspension, or cancellation.
- We reserve the right to withhold shipment until full payment is received as per agreed terms.
7. Payment Confirmation
- Payment is considered received only after the amount is credited to our bank account.
- Buyers may be requested to share transaction confirmation for verification purposes.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
- Payments once received are non-refundable, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Refund and cancellation terms are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Disputes
- Any payment-related disputes must be raised in writing at the earliest. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action.
